Ingredients:
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs
- ½ cup milk
- ½ cup water
- ¼ tsp salt
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- Nutella for filling
Instructions:
- Mix the batter: In a large bowl, whisk together the flour and eggs. Gradually add the milk and water, stirring to combine. Add the salt and melted butter, and mix until smooth.
- Heat the pan: Heat a lightly oiled frying pan over medium heat.
- Cook the crêpes: Pour about ¼ cup of batter onto the pan and tilt the pan in a circular motion to spread the batter evenly. Cook the crêpe for about 2 minutes, until the bottom is light brown. Flip it over and cook the other side.
