Ingredients:
- 250 g almond flour (or finely ground almonds)
- 100 g all-purpose flour
- 150 g sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
- 100 ml vegetable oil or melted butter
- 100 g toasted sesame seeds
- Powdered sugar for dusting (optional)
Instructions:
- Prepare the dough:
- In a bowl, mix the almond flour, all-purpose flour, sugar, baking powder, and vanilla extract. Add the eggs and oil (or melted butter), and mix until you form a smooth dough. If needed, add a bit more flour to achieve the right consistency.
- Add the sesame seeds:
- Toast the sesame seeds in a dry pan until golden, then add them to the dough and mix well.
- Shape the cookies:
- Take small portions of dough and roll them into balls. Lightly flatten each ball and, if desired, roll them in powdered sugar.
- Bake:
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Arrange the cookies on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for about 12-15 minutes, or until they are golden around the edges.
